There are over one million known species of plants on land and even more in the oceans. The interconnection between the kingdoms and elements of our planet is incredibly sophisticated and is based in an exchange of energy and special function that plants provide. They are the source of abundance and are generous in their capacity to give.
Plants play a fundamental role in making life possible by fixing the energy of the sun into a form that other lifeforms can eat and creating the balance of oxygen in the atmosphere that allows us all to breath. Performing photosynthesis plants transform sunlight, carbon from the air and water from the soil into carbohydrates (sugars) and oxygen. Mixed with minerals from the earth and brought to life with water, when we eat carbohydrates made from plants we all are eating the sweetness of the sun
